We are not a contractor

poolcostguide.com is an independent cost guide. We do not design, build, repair or sell swimming pools and we do not perform or supervise construction. Any work is contracted directly between you and an independent contractor, who is solely responsible for licensing, permits, contracts, workmanship and warranty.

Estimates are not quotes

Price ranges on this site are estimates calculated from published cost data and, where available, a local builder's price sheet. They are provided for planning only, are not offers, quotes, bids or guarantees, and will differ from the price a contractor sets after inspecting your property. We may change the model and the ranges at any time.

Builder referrals

If you ask to be contacted, we share your request with a local pool builder, as described in the consent you checked and in our privacy policy. We do not guarantee any builder's availability, pricing, performance or work. Builders may pay us for referrals; see the how-we're-paid page.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, submit requests on someone else's behalf without their permission, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or remove requests that look fraudulent.

Limitation of liability

The site and estimates are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, poolcostguide.com is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate or from any contractor's work, and our total liability to you is limited to $100.
