Pool Cost Guide

For builders

Homeowners who already designed their pool and saw an honest price.

poolcostguide.com shows homeowners local price ranges, lets them design the pool they want, and sends the request to one builder in their area. That builder could be you.

What you get

  • A real request, not a form fill. Pool type, size, features, budget band, timeline, financing, site notes and the estimate they saw, plus a one-paragraph summary.
  • One builder per request. We don't sell the same homeowner to five companies.
  • Documented consent. The homeowner checked a box agreeing to a call or text, and we keep the record.
  • Your price sheet drives the estimate in your area once you share one, so the number they saw is your number.
  • Your profile and license on the city pages for your area.

What it costs

  • A flat fee per qualified request, prepaid in packs. Early builders in each metro get introductory pricing.
  • A qualified request is a real homeowner with a working phone and email, a ZIP in your area, a timeline of 12 months or less, and no duplicate in 90 days.
  • Dispute a bad one within 72 hours (wrong number, out of area, duplicate, commercial, fake) and get a credit.

What we ask

  • An active contractor license or registration where your state requires one, and insurance. We show the license number on the site.
  • A filled-in price sheet (we send the template) and a few project photos we may publish.
  • Contact within 15 minutes during business hours.
  • 90-day pilot, then month to month.

Markets

Metros across Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Florida, California, Idaho, Colorado, Georgia and North Carolina. See the list. If your city isn't on it, ask.
